Penal Code of Astanastan

Section 1: Supreme leader disrespect

1. If found guilty of having committed the crime of insulting the current Supreme leader the criminal will either be sentenced to an immediate execution of being forced to step on a landmine or sent to a reeducation camp for any amount of time depending on the severity of the insult.

2. If found guilty of having committed the crime of insulting the Founder of Astanastan and Supreme leader during the writing of this law code Caymen the criminal is to immediately be executed by landmine.

3. If found guilty of having committed the crime of impersonation on the Supreme leader the criminal will be immediately executed by either Drowning, Bird Sacrifice or Landmine depending on the declaration of the Suprajurist or the Supreme leader.

4. If found guilty of having committed the crime of mocking the Supreme leader the  criminal will be sentenced to execution by landmine

5. If found guilty of having committed the crime of questioning the rule of the Supreme leader depending on the severity and the aftermath the criminal could face from 5 years in a reeducation camp to execution by landmine.

6. If found guilty of having committed the crime of speaking publicly against the Supreme Leader the criminal would immediately be executed by Landmine.

7. If found guilty of having committed the crime of assaulting the Supreme leader the criminal would face immediate execution by landmine

8. If found Guilty of committing the crime of mutilation on the Supreme leader the criminal would have an equal amount of damage done to them as done to the supreme leader prior to being executed by 4 landmines

9. If found guilty of having committed the crime of attempted murder on the Supreme leader the criminal would immediately be executed by landmine

10. If found guilty of having committed the crime of refusing to acknowledge a symbol of the supreme leader such as a statue the criminal will face a 6 month minimum mandatory course on Supreme leader respect and 0-5 years in prison depending on the value of the monument.

11. If found guilty of disrespecting or insulting a symbolic object of the Supreme leader will result in a 5 year to life in reeducation camp or death by Landmine depending on the severity of the disrespect.

12. If found guilty of refusing to bow or show your respect in any way to the Supreme leader when his presence is near the criminal will be fined at most 250000 dollars and will be sent to reeducation from 2-20 years depending on the severity.

13. If found guilty of having committed the crime of conspiring against the Supreme leader in any way the criminal would be executed by landmine.

14. If found guilty of having committed the crime of saying that the Supreme leader is not the Superior figure of Astanastan you would face anywhere between 10 years in reeducation camp to execution by landmine

Section 2: Murder

1. If a High tier citizen, Obsidian or above is found guilty of murder on a Yellow, Orange or red tier citizen the criminal will receive a prison sentence of 10-20 years and will be demoted to dull tier or below depending on the productivity involved in the murder.

2. If a moderate tier citizen Bronze through Gold have been found guilty of murder on a Yellow, Orange or Red tier citizen they will receive a 40 years to life sentence in prison.

3. If a Dull tier or below has committed a murder on a Yellow, Orange or Red tier citizen they will either receive an immediate execution by drowning.

4. If a Gold through Dull tier citizen commits murder on another Gold through Dull tier citizen the citizen would receive an immediate execution by drowning.

5. If an Obsidian through premium Diamond tier citizen commits a murder on a Gold through Bronze tier citizen the murder will face an immediate drowning.

6. If a non government official Premium Diamond tier member commits a murder on a dull tier citizen, if done in a lazy manner there is a chance they will receive a life imprisonment.

7. If an Obsidian through Premium Diamond tier member is murdered, no matter the tier nor productivity involved the murder will immediately be drown

8. If any tier citizen murders a Sloth police officer or Sloth Bureau of Laziness agent they will be executed by landmine or drowning.

9. If someone is found guilty of mass murder they will face an immediate drowning execution.

10. If some is found guilty of assisted murder they will be given the same punishment they would receive if they were to commit murder.

11. If an SBL agent or Sloth Police officer kills a citizen who was not following proper arrest conduct the Officer could claim they had probable cause and be let off without receiving a punishment.

12. If someone conspires to commit murder they will face at minimum 10 years in a labor camp and could face a drowning execution. The punishment will vary depending on how many people they conspired against, what tier they were a part of and what tier they conspired against.

Section 3: Productivity

1. If someone is found guilty of jogging they will be executed by bird sacrifice

2. If someone is found moving too quickly without intention on a minor scale they will receive a warning, a $100,000 fine and will have to publicly apologize to the sacred birds and community of Astanastan.

3. If someone is found moving too quickly with intention they will receive an immediate bird sacrifice

4. If someone accidentally moves too quickly they will receive a fine which will double every time the offense occurs again and if it occurs more than 4 times the offender will be sentenced to at minimum 10 years in a labor camp.

5. If someone is found guilty of performing an aquatic sport such as swimming, diving or water skiing they will be executed by drowning.

6.  If someone is found guilty of promoting an aquatic sport they will be executed by drowning.

7. If someone is caught attempting to escape the glorious nation of Astanastan no matter the manner they will immediately be executed by bird sacrifice

8. If someone is found guilty of using exercise equipment such as weights, treadmills, running shoes, pull up bars, climbing ropes, stretching bands or cyclist items they will be executed by bird sacrifice.

9. If someone is found guilty of waking up earlier than 10:00 am in the morning they will be required to attend a mandatory napping service for at least 72 hours.

10. If someone skips there required daily naps they will be required to attend a mandatory napping service for a minimum of 100 hours

11. If someone fails to complete these mandatory napping service they will be sent to a reeducation camp for 6 months to 1 year

12. If someone promotes productivity they will be executed by bird sacrifice.

13.  If someone is found promoting active team sports including basketball, soccer, football, baseball, volleyball, or softball everyone involved will be executed at a bird sacrifice ceremony.

14. If someone is found “working” excessively on their household they will be sent to hard labor camps for up to 10 years

15.  If someone is caught attempting to work a job they will immediately face a bird sacrifice execution.

16. If someone accidentally trips and handles it in a fast manner they will be required to do 72 hours of mandatory hammock services.

17. If the head of a household does not provide his family with comfortable sleeping beds or hammocks they will be forced to surrender all their possessions, including the house, to their children, wife or husband and be required to attend mandatory hammock Services for a minimum of 100 days and a maximum of 500 days.

18. If someone misses or skips their mandatory hammock services they will be sentenced to 100 days in a reeducation camp for every day of hammock services they missed.

19. If someone attempts to escape a reeducation camp in a productive manner they will be executed by landmine.

20. If someone attempts to avoid using the transportation conveyor belt in order to walk or run to your destination they will be executed by bird sacrifice.

21. If someone is caught working a foreign job they will be sent to a labor camp for 1 year plus 3x the amount of time you had planned to be working at the foreign job for.

22. If someone is found guilty of collecting evidence in a productive manner such as “running to witnesses houses”, “quickly searching for documents” or hurrying in any way they will face an immediate bird sacrifice.

23. If someone is caught attempting to attend a non approved education program, for their first offense they will spend any amount of time in a reeducation camp, for the second offense they will face immediate bird sacrifice.

24. If someone names their child a name relating to“productivity” the name will immediately be changed and the parents will both be sent to a reeducation camp for 5 years.

25. If someone escapes a reeducation camp, labor camp, or prison (which involves productivity) they will face an immediate execution by bird sacrifice. 

26. Work, or effort in work is only permitted for Robots, The Top rank, Primary ranks, Secondary ranks, SBL members, Sloth Police members, and people condemned to forced labor.

27. If someone is found guilty of doing common exercises or stretches they will face an immediate bird sacrifice.

28. If someone is found guilty of playing beach volleyball they will be executed by bird sacrifice on the same sand pit they were found playing volleyball in.

29. If someone is found guilty performing a citizen's execution they could only be dismissed if the execution was done in a lazy manner, the person who was executed was a criminal and the person behind their execution can provide evidence of the crime, the crime was execution worthy, and the citizen performing the execution is Diamond tier or above. If any of these criterias can not be met the criminal will face a murder charge and their punishment will be determined by the code of section 2.

30. If someone is found guilty of promoting or playing golf, they will face a bird sacrifice execution on the same field they used to commit the crime.

31. If a sloth police officer or Active SBL agent is caught committing an act of productivity outside of their arrest sequence or job, they will immediately lose their current position. If a second offence occurs while their rank is a citizen they will refer to the laws of section 3 to determine their fate.

32. If someone makes unnecessarily loud noises in a public or private areas, for their first offense they will face noise probation (meaning they can’t make a single noise) for 30 days and a $2500 fine for the second offense they will face 50 days of noise probation as well as a $5000 fine for the third offense they will face between 6 months to 2 years in prison and on the Fourth offense they will face life in a labor camp or with the possibility of parole or an execution by Bird Sacrifice. If someone fails to comply with noise probation it will count as an offense for this crime.

33. If someone forces another Person to be productive by making them move in a quick manner through threats or physical force they will be executed by Bird Sacrifice or drowning.

Section 4: North Korean/Allies loyalty

1. If someone is found insulting the North Korean nation they will be placed in a reeducation camp for 5 to 40 years or face a landmine execution.

2. If someone is found guilty of Showing anti North Korean symbols such as Capitalist symbols or symbols of democracy, they will be sent to a reeducation camp for 10 years.

3. If someone is found guilty of claiming other alliances exist such as an Alliance with Switzerland, they will face 10 years in reeducation or an execution to be determined by the judge

4. If someone Questions the North Korean Ideology they will be sent to a Reeducation camp for any amount of time or face a landmine execution depending on the severity.

5. If someone is found guilty of aiding escapees in North Korea they will face an immediate landmine execution.

6. If any Astani citizen is found guilty of committing acts of Terrorism on North Korea they will face a 2 step execution which involves the convicted stepping on a landmine in a survivable manner and then finished by a drowning execution.

7. If someone is found guilty of murder on a North Korean they will face an immediate drowning execution.

8. If someone conspires against North Korea they will face a Landmine execution or drowning execution.

9. If someone is found insulting or threatening any of the other Allies of Astanastan aside from North Korea they will receive 3-30 years in a reeducation camp

10. If Someone commits an act of disrespect or damage towards the flags of any of our Allies other than North Korea they will spend a minimum of 5 years in reeducation or labor camp but no more than 20 years in a labor camp and no more than 40 years in a reeducation camp or could face an execution by drowning if they show no remorse and conspire to commit more crimes 

Section 5: Foreign relations crimes

1. If someone is found guilty of Pledging loyalty to any other nation excluding North Korea they will be sent to a reeducation camp for a minimum of 1 year

2. If someone is found negotiating with any Foreign Nation excluding North Korea they will face an immediate Landmine execution or Bird sacrifice.

3. If someone is caught telling foreign media about the culture of Astanastan they will face an immediate Bird sacrifice.

4. If someone is caught expressing foreign culture excluding North Korean culture they will face at least 5 years in a reeducation camp.

5. If someone is found guilty of attempting to escape Astanastan they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

6. If someone is caught giving information or working with other foreign nations excluding North Korea, they will face an immediate Bird sacrifice or landmine execution.

7. If an escapee is found in another foreign nation they are to be immediately neutralized on site

8. If someone waves, sets up, creates or promotes the flag of XXX they will be immediately executed by any method to be determined by the Suprajurist

Section 6: Foreign content

1. If anyone is caught Attempting to access foreign platforms that are not approved by the Astanastan Government will result in a life sentence in a reeducation camp or a bird sacrifice execution in severe cases such as if they access anti Astani websites or websites that promote productivity.

2. If someone attempts to access the Quizlet website, they will face an immediate bird sacrifice

3. If someone is caught attempting to listen to Music on the Astanastan Banned Playlist they will face a Bird sacrifice execution.

4. If someone attempts to access non Astanastan approved music they could face any amount of time in a reeducation camp.

5. If someone is caught supporting a foreign media news platform, not including North Koreas, or Astanastans they will face a Bird sacrifice execution.

6. If someone is caught giving information of any kind to a foreign media they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution

7. If someone attempts to read a foreign book that is not approved by the Astanastan Ministry they will face a bird sacrifice execution.

8. If someone uses attempts to view YouTube videos that are not uploaded by the Astanastan channel or any Astanastan approved channel they will be executed by any of the 3 approved methods.

Section 7: Crimes against Astanastan

1. If a citizen is caught questioning the perfection of Astanastan they will be executed by an immediate bird sacrifice.

2. If a citizen insults Astanastan directly in any way they will face an immediate bird sacrifice.

3. If someone fails to bow to the flag of Astanastan when it is within proximity of them they will be required to attend a minimum of 1000 hours of community service and possibly 1 year of reeducation if done multiple times.

4. If a citizen destroys a copy of the flag of Astanastan they will face at minimum 10 years in prison and could be executed by landmine if the case is severe enough.

5. If someone questions anything of the supreme leader's design, they will face an immediate landmine execution.

6. If a citizen is caught destroying government property worth under 10000 dollars they will lose all of there possessions and face 10 years to life imprisonment.

7. If someone destroys government objects worth over 10000 dollars they will face either life In Heavy labor camp or death by landmine

8. If someone uses explosives to destroy government property they will face an immediate landmine execution or bird sacrifice 

9.  If someone coerces a government official they will face a landmine execution.

10. If someone conspires to harm the nation of Astanastan they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

11. If someone causes a political rebellion they will face a mass bird sacrifice or landmine execution depending on the ruling. 

12. If someone steals government property worth less than 10000 dollars they will lose all their possessions and face 10-30 years in prison or labor camps.

13. If someone steals governmental property worth over 10000 dollars they will face 50 years to life in prison or receive a landmine execution depending on the productivity involved in the stealing operation and the value of the object.

14. If someone attempts to turn their loyalty away from ASTANASTAN they will face a landmine execution or bird sacrifice.

15. If someone destroys a governmental building, they will face an immediate bird sacrifice.

16. If someone promotes anti Astani content they will face a landmine execution or bird sacrifice. 

17. If someone organizes a protest against the Astani government they and everyone caught protesting will face a landmine execution. If anyone dies during the protest they will all be executed by drowning.

18. If a political figure running in elections is caught rigging the elections or attempting to corrupt the ruling of the supreme leader they will be executed by drowning.

19. If a political figure is caught sabotaging their opponent they will face an immediate drowning execution.

20. If someone uses bombs on the sacred nation of Astanastan they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

Section 8: Crimes against the Birds

1. If someone does not possess a single bird shrine in their backyard they will be required to attend a 72 hour mandatory bird feeding service and if they do not assemble one within 180 days they will face 3 years in reeducation camp.

2. If someone does not feed the sacred birds daily they will be required to attend a 96 hours mandatory bird feeding service.

3.  If someone takes even the slightest amount of food from a bird all of their possessions will be taken from them and on the second offense they will face a bird sacrifice.

4. If someone insults a sacred bird they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

5. If someone disrespects a bird sanctuary or shrine they will be required to spend 1000 hours at a rest and rehabilitation camp.

6. If someone destroys a bird sanctuary or temple they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

7. If someone kidnaps a sacred bird they will face a bird sacrifice execution.

8. If someone keeps a bird as a pet they will be executed by bird sacrifice.

9. If someone trades a bird away to another nation or country they will be executed by landmine.

10. If someone assaults a bird they will face a bird sacrifice execution.

11. If someone murders a bird they will face a bird sacrifice execution.

12. If someone consumes a bird they will face a bird sacrifice execution.

13. If someone opens a restaurant serving birds they along with all their staff and customers will face a mass bird sacrifice execution.

14. If someone implies foreign restaurants that serve birds they will face 10-20 years in a rest and rehabilitation facility.

15. If someone supports foreign restaurants that serve birds, they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

16. If someone uses the body parts of a bird for decoration they will be executed by drowning.

17. If someone makes a claim stating birds are not the Divine beings they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

18. If someone of another religion does not prioritize Astanism over their religion they will face a 5 year reeducation camp.

19. If someone touches a sacred bird in a soft manner they will face a 500 hours mandatory bird feeding session.

20. If someone says and I quote “I summon Zeus by my command” they will face an immediate bird sacrifice.

21. If someone is caught trying to acquire Divine powers they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

22. If someone attempts to control the speed of the Bird they are flying on without respecting the pace of the Bird they will be executed by the ultimate punishment

23. If a person is within 10 feet (3 meters) or a sacred bird they must pray to it and kiss it. Failure to do so will result in an execution by Bird Sacrifice

24. If the bird you are kissing flies away when you kiss it or attempt to kiss it you will be executed by bird Sacrifice

Section 9: Regular crimes

1. If someone steals from another person they will be executed by bird sacrifice

2. If someone commits an armed or unarmed robbery on a building or structure they will be executed by drowning

3. If someone damages property they will face 1 month in a labor camp and face an additional 1 day in a labor camp for every $50 the item is worth and can have their sentence reduced by half if they pay back double the amount of the damage they caused. 

4. If someone damages property worth less than 100 dollars they will spend 1 month in a labor camp.

5. If someone assaults another person they will face 10 years in a labor camp.

6. If someone falsely arrests another person with intent they will be executed by drowning.

7. If someone uses a dangerous weapon in any way they will face either 15 years in labor camp or execution by drowning.

8. If someone commits any form of murder including first degree murder, second degree murder, voluntary manslaughter, or involuntary manslaughter they will refer to the laws of Section 2 to determine their punishment.

9. If someone commits animal abuse they will face life in a reeducation camp or labor camp depending on the ruling.

10. If someone is found guilty of Sexism towards any sex they will face between 5-30 years in a reeducation camp.

11. If someone insults or commits defamation against another citizen of  a higher class or tier than the offender a jury of citizens from the tier list insulted can determine a punishment. The maximum offense for insulting an orange tier will be 500 hours of bird feeding services, for insulting a yellow tier it is 2 months in reeducation, for insulting a dull tier it is 6 months in a reeducation camp, for insulting a bronze tier it is 5 years in a reeducation camp, for insulting a silver tier it is 10 years in any camp or prison, for insulting a gold tier it is 20 years in any camp or prison, for insulting an obsidian tier it can be up to 100 years in any camp of prison, for insulting a Diamond it can be any amount of time in any camp or prison or a bird sacrifice execution and for insulting a Premium Diamond tier it is any amount of time in any prison or camp and any single form of execution not multiple forms.

12. If someone commits mutilation they will face a bird sacrifice or drowning execution.

13. If someone is caught using drugs or any illegal or addictive substance they will face 10 years to life in a reeducation camp. 

14. If someone is found guilty of Terrorism they will face an immediate bird sacrifice or drowning execution.

15. If someone commits the act of Piracy on Astanastan property in any ocean they will face an immediate drowning execution.

16. If someone kidnaps another person they will face life in a labor camp or an execution to be determined by the judge.

17. If someone commits piracy on Astanastan goods in any ocean they will face a drowning execution.

18. If someone commits deforestation they will face a $1000 dollar fine for every tree they cut down and face 180 days in a prison camp as well as an additional 10-100 days for every tree they cut down.

Section 10: The Worst Crimes

1. If someone kills or consumes multiple birds they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

2. If someone commits mass bird consumption they will face an immediate bird sacrifice execution.

3. If someone commits mass murder they will face a drowning execution

4.  If someone murders a government official that belongs to the Secondary level they will face a two step execution involving a bird sacrifice and then landmine execution.

5. If someone murders a Primary Level government official they will face a three step execution which involves  drowning, usage of a landmine and bird sacrifice.

6. If someone Murders or consumes the Supreme leader they will face the Ultimate Punishment which is an execution method where the bone of the most sacred bird will touch the criminal and they will be dead within an hour as the hour goes by it will get more painful increasing 1.5 DOL on their nerves every minute eventually they will collapse and are buried.

7.  If someone attempts to destroy or destroys a big portion or all of Astanastan they will face the Ultimate punishment.

8. If the Supreme Leader or Supreme Minister of Citizens insist on giving any other punishment in the penal code to any person for any crime it will be done as they say.
